I usually buy my vape products in long island where my gf currently lives, however I was told to stop in and I have to say the customer service was as good as it gets. The owner recommended a quality battery for my regulated mod. And the juice they sold my gf was delicious. extremely friendly people. My favorite juice Pb and J by slamcake is literally no where to be found in any of the vape shops on long island. The only place I know that carries it is unfortunately white plains vape. Their prices are high and Ive had issues with their staff in the past. To cut to the chase, I requested the juice from Vapen Up and they said they would have it in a few days. They will have my westchester vape business from here on out. Great experience, Great help. If you need any vape juice or hardware I suggest trying them out.

This place is definitely my favorite vape shop! The staff is very friendly, helpful and honest. They suggest products without pressure to buy and just want you to be satisfied with what you buy. Great selection of anything you could need and a wide variety of juices with tasting menu available. My husband and I will definitely be coming here more in the future and I am happy to do business with such great people.

This is the store to go to for whatever you want. The customer service is unbelievable and the guys there make you feel like part of a family. The owner George stayed after hours just to make sure I was leaving the store happy. He even has all of his batteries charged up before sale so his customers leave the store ready to go. The selection and prices are awesome and if you have an issue with your setup they will take the time to help you out and get you on your way. There is never any pressure to buy anything, all they want is for you to leave the store happy. This is my go-​to place now without a doubt. Unbelievable store. 6 out of 5 stars if I could because they go way above and beyond. Thanks George and the rest of the crew!

Great store went in to get a present for my daughter trying to have her quite smoking. What a team they have product knowledge and there is no pressure to buy immediately or buy the most expensive. Alfred & George are both ex-​smokers and have been for years so they know how the smokers feel. The store is really comfortable with their guests hanging out watching TV and vaping away you can sample anything they sell and learn what you need or want to about the products. GREAT ADDITION to NORTH AVENUE! Beyond all that the pricing is on point as well.
