Love this place! I enjoyed the food and the staff are attentive. Looking forward to our next visit!

Don’t waste your time. I ordered the spicy chicken dinner combo which looked exactly like the lunch special that was shared for a fellow takeout customer. They paid 7 and I paid 13. Customer service was subpar. The Korean wings tasted like jar made honey bbq wings disgusting. After having Korean wings from places in Queens and Manhattan these were a total let down. My food was cold. I will never go back to this location.

Finally a korean restaurant in westchester that makes a wide range of kfood. Very delicious, fast delivery, friendly on the phone as well in person. Had the ddukbohgi(spicy rice cakes), udon soup, and marinated chicken wings. I recommend the wings. I’ll be ordering from here real soon.

Feeling a little generous… But, i guess i was pleasantly surprised by this place. It doesn’t look like much – more like a take out place.(Drinks are bottled and in the refrigerated case.) But the staff is friendly and the food is pretty good. We had three dishes. The seafood pancake was huge, but a little undercooked. The KFC wings were good, but could have been a bit crispier. The bibimbap was really good and beautifully presented. The hot stone bowl is a must. I’m no expert on korean food, but i would go back here.

So pleased to have a Korean BBQ location closeby(and not have to dredge over to Queens!) Since discovering this joint, I’ve been back pretty much every 2 weeks for that hot stone bowl!

I went here on my birthday because I love Korean food and this place had great reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed! The place is small and cozy and surprisingly run by two Mexican people, with the two Korean owners(?) fixing their online Facebook profile or something. So hip haha. Anyways, we ordered the bibimbap, seafood dukboki, tofu stew, and pork belly. The prices weren’t cheap but not too expensive. The great thing was they gave a LOT of food so it made it worth it. The hot stone bibimbap was SOOGOOD and totally worth the extra dollar or so for the stone pot but the pork belly was just mediocre. The waitresses were super nice when I asked them to refill my water almost 5 times. What really made me love them was that I specifically ordered a non spicy tofu stew for my grandma because she can’t eat spicy good but the waitress simply made it less spicy. She insisted it wasn’t spicy when the broth was red and you could see the spicy oil floating on top. My grandma simply couldn’t eat it and we told her that this wasn’t right because we told her non spicy when we ordered, but she didn’t want to change it. The owner stepped in and said that she was sorry about this and made us an entirely new white non spicy tofu stew at no cost while letting us keep the one we ordered. She was very nice and told us next time to say white broth instead of not spicy, because some Koreans might misunderstand. It was a fun birthday-the food was great and the service was nice. The owner practically made my birthday because I would’ve been pissed if my grandma couldn’t eat her stew. I’d come again!

The only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is the fact that their drinks(Korean flavore) doesn’t taste like something I want to let into my body lol I love Korean BBQ, an this place just added to my list of places that I can go to when I am hungry for something a bit different than the usual chinese or spanish food. Nice people run the place, and the size of the portions was ok. So they will see me again. And if they make their food just a little bit less greasy, they will see a lot of me ;)

This is my second time here so im given it a review, the first time I came across this restaurant was because a lady who recognize the owner at McDonalds with his daughter mention that he had the best wings and that her husband goes every other day to get them so i dropped by and got a lunch special with wings and some other stuff can’t remember but it was good. But today i get here and for lunch at 2:50 pm and the lunch special was over i was a little upset that it finish so early but neither more I came for the wings so I pay $ 10 for an order of wings and $ 2.50 for a juice now the owner offered me some rice but I gratefully declined I will be back hopefully a little bit earlier

Solid Korean food at a nondescript joint. Friendly owner. Expansive standard Korean menu. I had takeout. FOOD: 5⁄5 SERVICE: 5⁄5 AMBIANCE: 4⁄5(5⁄5 for what it is., but don’t take a first date here to impress, etc) VALUE: 5⁄5 OVERALL: 5⁄5 I ordered the beef bibimbap lunch special to go. Large amount of food, but could eat a bit more beef. oh well. The owner is super accommodating and met y request for extra kimchi and extra gochujang(chili paste). The lunch comes with a korean style radish soup and drink. However, your choice of drink is only basic sodas or water. I got a pellegrino and was charged an extra $ 1.50. I would definitely come back and get the yukhejang, which is by far my favorite Korean dish but I didn’t want to get messy at my desk at work. Or I would try the chapchae. Mandu looked like maybe it was fried that morning, so I would prefer to eat freshly fried. Super service and now I am full :) Good job!

Since this place just hit the one-year opening mark, it is time for an update! I have been back multiple times and this is my go-to spot for a(relatively) quick but fulfilling meal. This place has improved a lot since the last year when I walked in as the first customer. The menu is now updated and printed on nice colored papers with clear photos. I always go for the hot bibimbap or lunch/dinner box. The owner, Jasmine, is always really nice. She actually started in the restaurant industry in Westchester. Then she moved to Elmhurst and worked there for 20 years or so. And now she is back here starting her own business. Always happy to support local family business!

They deserve 6 stars. Local food at its best. Everything is fresh; colorful; flavorful. The Korean side dishes are a delight: mung beans, kimchi, green beans, potato, seaweed, pickled radish. The chicken galbi is top notch; think Teriyaki but lighter. The Japchae noodles are spot on; hot stone Bibimbap is delightful. EVERYTHINGISGOOD! The owner is usually there and super nice, super friendly; the staff is great too. I come here once a week for months now. The best part is that its very healthful food: fresh vegetables, very little is fried or with oil; you can tell the owners are health conscious and care about what they’re serving.

A casual, reasonably-priced eatery serving satisfyingly fresh meals that hits just the right spot. We ordered the staple hot stone bulgogi bibimbap and delicious Japchae. Definitely a feel good meal. Yum! The entrees came in good portions, enough to share without breaking your wallet. For dessert, they have a variety of ice candies and mochi ice cream available in the nearby corner freezer to satisfy that sweet tooth. We can’t wait to come back again and try the other items on the menu.

They still are awesome! I went here for dinner recently and I just love how nice and friendly they are. They are so accommodating as well. This right here is the plain ramen with vegetable dumplings inside! Very delicious. I also love the pickles they give out when you stay. Each one tastes really different and all very yummy. Price is decent too.

The Unilocalers aren’t lying, this place is GOOD. They were out of the beef when I went, so I had to settle for the chicken. I’m glad I had to settle, it was ridiculously fresh and flavorful. I have high standards for chicken and it surpassed them. The rest of the food was mouth watering good. It’s one of those places that every new thing that goes in your mouth is better than the last. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us order since we weren’t completely sure how everything worked. Very nice people. I haven’t made it back as much as I would like to, but after writing this review my craving for this place cannot be controlled. More chicken please.

They have great food and anything you order is going to be great. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong food and it was so good I forgot what I wanted. Small, cozy and delicious.

Let me tell you about this place that I found, In New Ro, Queen City of the Sound. They were sooo friendly, I was so glad, The best takeout service I’ve ever had. The bulgogi was awesome, if a bit fatty, But the dumpling soup had us going batty. And they were great about our dietary limitations, So overall I give them a strong recommendation.

I like this place. The bulgogi is really good. The accompanying vegetables aren’t as authentic as you may find at a more formal Korean restaurant in Manhattan, but it suits the tastes of the local demographic. They sell some fun Korean staples, like banana milk! The staff is very kind and they do accept credit card now. Also: kimchi = yum!

I dropped by this restaurant last night to order some take out for dinner. I drove right past this place several times without even realizing that there was a Korean establishment there. I parked my car(the meters here take credit cards, 1 dollar an hour) and walked over to the spot. This place is not exactly a restaurant, it’s more intended for you to grab your food, eat and go. The Kalbi Short Ribs and Spicy Pork entrees were absolutely delicious. They included some seasoned grilled veggies on the side along with some sticky rice. The portions were decent but I did wish that they included a few more ribs. This is my new spot to go when I feel like eating«clean». They took credit cards as well which was an added bonus.

I saw that the Korean BBQ place opened on Main St and I was super excited because I love Korean BBQ and now I don’t have to travel to the city to get it. I got the $ 6 lunch special which offers one meat, rice, veggies and a «free» soda or bottle of water. I was served the perfect amount of food. I ordered the spicy pork and it wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy. It was a little greasy but no where near as bad as any local take out Chinese restaurant. The veggies were nice and fresh and the pork was trimmed of almost all fat. I would definitely recommend coming here.
