My brother in law rented a limo bus for our wedding party of 20 people. He showed up and time took everyone to the ceremony and afterwards drove us to the picture location. Everything was going well. Then out trip took a turn. After getting in from taking the pictures we were heading to the reception when our driver said he needed $ 60 cash since we had gone over our time. We asked him to just charge it on our card that he had on file. He said he could not do that and we had to get off the bus unless he got $ 60 cash. Between the 20 of us we obviously came up with it but that was just ridiculous and rude. We have a credit card on file, and paid a lot of money for the ride. We will never use this company again. When they treat you like garbage and you are paying for a service for your wedding day that is completely unacceptable. I would advise everyone to find a better service than this one.
