Smiles of Trinity Family Dentistry

It had been much too long since I last went to the dentist. However, the pain in my back tooth outweighed my fear of the dentist. After putting out some feelers for a good dentist on Facebook, I made an appointment at Smiles of Trinity with Dr. Franceschi who came highly recommended to me by a close friend.
I was in a lot of pain and they got me in quickly. I was really nervous heading in but right away the office manager Nancy made me feel relaxed and assured me everything would be OK.
When Dr. Franceschi entered the room he was very pleasant and listened carefully to what was wrong and began the examination. He spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and explaining the areas that concerned him and what needed to be done to correct everything.
I walked out of his office feeling 100% better than when I walked in and came to the realization that the dentist is a lot scarier in my head then it is in the chair.
I’ve since been back to Dr. Franceschi’s office two additional times. Once for a follow up and today where I saw the hygienist for a deep cleaning.
As always, the office staff was very nice and accommodating, willing to take their time talking to me, explaining things to me and answering all my questions.
I’ve told a couple of friends about Dr. Franceschi since my first meeting and I plan to continue to use him for all my dental needs.
