This place literally has the WORST professionalism I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. The cooks are the most pleasant one in there. I usually come with my family and always have the same issue with the same girl Ashley I believe her name is. She is super rude and don’t understand why they would have some working there with an attitude like hers. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere if you wanna feel comfortable while eating out with your family instead of dealing with a worker who is gonna argue with you about your order. Literally every time I go to that place there’s always someone with a horrible attitude but the food is good!

Ok. This might sound crazy considering all of the more«sophisticated» pizza places in the area, but this is quite possibly the best we’ve had here. Plus, we have had some of the best experiences here with our kids. They sit our family right next to where they are making pizza, and the guy gives my kids dough to make their own crust. THEN he tops it with sauce and cheese and makes them there own little pizzas. All just to be nice. Charges us nothing! They also have really great wings, sandwiches, etc…

Not the best not the worst. The help was friendly and it looked clean but the Slices ordered were cold. I ordered two and they were both Luke warm.

The Owner is just as rude & crazy as the manager. He refuses to listen to employee’s & customer complaints. I’d stay FAR away from this place. Even the Spring Hill owner said people call his store complaining about the manager at Little Road. Other employees I spoke with said she’s awful to work for and people complain about her all of the time. They fired a waitress for not being able to come in on her OFF day due to the flooded roads. She WASN’T scheduled that day. I’m calling the news stations, BBB& the Labor Board since the owner won’t listen either. I hope people hear this story and boycott your business! You would’ve saved yourself grief if you would’ve just listened Steve! Already have posted to FB and many friends said they will no longer eat there.

This was«THE» place to go for great pizza and service. Honestly, I don’t know why I keep coming back because the service was once again non existent. The owner I presume is just sitting here during dinner rush having a business meeting. News flash… you won’t be having many more dinner meetings if you don’t realize you have a problem. I honestly NEVER write bad reviews but enough is enough. The last 5 times over a few months and nothing has changed. Maybe the guy making pizza can let someone help him and the bottom oven could be turned in for once. At least have pizza by the slice ready during peak times. No cheese pizza ready at all??? I feel bad for the servers

One simple formula to fix what ails this place: BRINGBACKBIGMIKE!!! After he departed, this place went downhill fast. If life tastes this bad… nuff said. Big Mike! Big Mike!!! Big Mike!!!

I’m not really sure why there are so many negative comments about this place… My fiancé and I just ordered from here and the pizza was great! We ordered an extra large ½ cheese — ½ pepperoni and a medium meat lovers. The pizza was delish! The cheese was stringy, it had the«right» amount of grease, and my kids devoured it! In addition to the good pizza, Slice of Life was nice enough to deliver to us, even though we were out of their way! Thank you, Slice of Life! The only negative thing… I ordered a salad and they forgot my dressing. No biggie, it was still tasty. I’d order from here again!

price was good. food was ok. but they pick everything up with their ungloved hands! YUK! They go from handling money to touching my food. That is unacceptable.

There were many items on the menu not available to order. The waitress was the only positive point of this experience. The manager sat out front with three employees smoking as our waitress was stuck fielding phone calls and directing the kitchen, which left my wife and kids waiting over 20 minutes for drinks. POORMANAGEMENT.

Wow, hubby and i FINALLY found N.Y. Style Pizza!!! I had a Cheese slice and Florentine slice(Roma tomatoes, Spinach, Mozzarella and Garlic oil). Melted in my mouth, cheesy, not greasy and so fresh. Aside from. seeing palm trees, we thought we were back in N.Y. Thanks guys! Bucks defiantly well spent here. We will be returning! Come here, relax and enjoy an awesome slice!!!

Placed an order for delivery to work over the phone the lady did not told me that the item I ordered is no longer available. When I opened my food container it’s not the items I ordered, I thought they made a mistake. So I called it in to let them Know that it was not what I ordered. The reply from the manager«The item you ordered is not on the menu so we give you a different food«! Only in this restaurant you pay for your food and they decide for you ! My food is not free and there is a delivery charge for$ 2 per person. And in addition to that my coworker ordered a drink she got charged for it and she never gotten her drink. This place Suck!!!

Pizza was OK, but the service was terrible and my wings came out gross. I waited 40 min for them to finish my wings, and they discovered they had put it on the shelf. At no time did any one update on this. The wings were gross and didn’t have any sauce. When I returned them, they said there sauce and have me a refund. The manager was laughing and didn’t even apologize.

Here is an easy way to remember things: Order SOL(Slice of Life) if you’re SOL(shit out of luck). YUCK! Tonight was one of those nights where you just can’t order from your usual place because of the time of night. So, we decided to give Slice of Life a try. We stopped eating here because it was always disgusting and we finally found a new local pizza place that delivers to our area and isn’t a chain brand. Well, NOTHING has changed. The ingredients are still awful, the service is still rude(despite seeing all new faces), and the food does not leave you thinking«I can’t wait to order from here again!». They got rid of half the menu. I’ll guess they aren’t making enough money. When I picked up my pizza everything fell off of it. The cheese didn’t taste like mozzarella though I can’t imagine what else it was. Very plastic cheap taste. I’m not looking for gourmet cheese. I just want my pizza to taste like food. The dough was incredibly thin and with the huge goops of cheese it left you having to eat each part separately. The mozzarella sticks were nearly hollow and again… no flavor. At a little over $ 1 per mozzarella stick I would expect something a bit better. You can’t just put in a dime size amount of cheese, fry it with a bunch of breading, and drown it in a Parmesan cheese and parsley presentation and expect it to make itself reproduce more cheese and better taste. I’m never waiting too long to order dinner again. 2 locations. 2 consistent disappointments. Going downhill with each visit.

One star is generous. We tried Slice of LIfe a few months ago for the first time — the pizza was sloppy and tasted below average, and we said we’d never go back. Then we won a gift certificate at a fundraiser and figured we’d give them a second chance. The crust that was supposed to be thin was thick and dense; the sauce was totally flavorless; the cheese was too thick, rubbery and chewy; the toppings were unbalanced and also lacked flavor. The pizza wasn’t even worth eating when it was free. On both occasions, the to-go pickup service was very unfriendly, even rude. Skip Slice of Life. It’s terrible. It’s worth noting that both experiences were at the location at Little Road north of Ridge Road.
