This place cost me over $ 200 in vet bills. They «shaved» around my dogs eyes and completely burned them. She literally had no eye lashes. Her eyes were puffy and swollen.
I took her back to complain and show them her eyes the next day and the answer I got was, «we always shave there eye lids. Every place does that. She must have scratched her eyes». Yeah, because it was hurting her. She also had burns on her belly and back leg.
I’ve spoken to other dogs owners at dog parks and they’ve had similar experiences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Completely ridiculous their pet self-​wash is only available until 3:30. I arrived at 3:40, most people work. How is this convenient? Then the rude girl behind the counter proceeds to tell me «it’s posted on the door»! Wow, really??? That’s how you treat potential customers? Not polite or friendly in my opinion. But I shouldn’t be surprised since I called over a month ago to speak to someone about babysitting services for my dog during the day while I’m at work, and I never got a call back! But I thought I’d let that go and still them give them a shot… never again!

Wow! I just had my Westie groomed here and loved it. It smelled clean and the prices were incredibly reasonable. 5 stars and we will be regular customers!
