History

Established in 2002.

Charles Philips opened his solo Personal Injury Practice after first serving as a prosecutor in Pinellas County for almost 5 years and gaining valuable trial experience. He thereafter left to join a firm in Insurance Defense representation defending insureds who had been sued in personal injury and insurance coverage cases. After three years Chuck was hired to head up the Personal Injury division of a New Port Richey and Clearwater firm where he worked for 7 years before starting his own practice where he has continued to represent people injured in automobile, motorcycle, trucking, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, as well as slip and fall incidents and other injury matters due to someone else’s negligence.
