On 6÷19÷2014 we entered a contract for $ 1,100 dollar worth of work on my yard including tree work. I paid him a $ 300 deposit and another $ 80 for plants and he never showed up. I tracked him down and he explained he had spent the money and didn’t have the money to do the job. I foolishly paid him the balance with his promise of finishing the next day and he never came back and won’t return my messages. Beware of Kastanis.
