They call themselves Government Contracting Online, at the moment. But they do the same thing as Bently M describes. Owners names are Terry Wayne McLane and Susan Rhea McLane. Also own (ed) Federal Business Partners, Inc. (rated F by BBB). Also used the name Federal Buyers Network.

federal contracting online is a scam. they make calls to companies all over the united states telling the companies they can get work for them.
you have to pay a advance fee to get listed in their website. they state buyers look at the website everyday… this is a lie, this is a major scam,
they have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from small businesses all over the united states. do not do business with them if they call you. the owners are terry and suzanne mclean. they are family members, brother and sister. this company is under investigation by the feds. the tel-​marketing office is nothing but convicted felons making calls.
