Fairway Pizza Too

We have been eating at Fairway in Palm Harbor for over 20 yrs. Last year we moved to the Trinity area, so we started getting our pizzas from Fairway Too on Seven Springs Blvd. It hasn’t been as good. Last month we got a pizza home and found it very brown and over cooked. I called and spoke with Lori, the manager. She asked me to bring the pizza back and ask for her, or Jim, if she wasn’t there. When I went in to return the pizza, I spoke with Jim. He admitted that he was the cook that night and he agreed that the pizza was over cooked. He said we would get a free pizza on our next visit. Tonight I called to order and spoke with Lori who, at first, said that I got my free pizza the day I returned the bad one! I told her that we didn’t. She took the order and my husband went to pick it up. Long story short, this pizza didn’t look over cooked, but the crust was hard as a rock. I called Lori to let her know, and she said I was the only one to complain tonight. I agree with the other reviewer… I really don’t know why people recommend this place. We’re done. There is much better quality food out there.

Still one of the best pizza places in town been coming here for almost 20 years and the food has been consistently good

Have lived in Tampa Bay for a long time and I’ve never understood why people recommend eating at this place – this goes for BOTH locations, BTW – Palm Harbor and Holiday. Over several years I have eaten at both, and the service and food were at best average. Kind of reminds me of a dive bar without the alcohol and live band.

I had a nice visit here on a Sunday night recently while in town for work. I had a pasta dinner meal which was only $ 10 and enough food for two. The service was outstanding. They weren’t very busy but it must be because I was there at 8:00pm. I imagine locals like this place.
They do have kids options, the typical Italian meals like Lasanga, and pizza.

Great White pizza… Well just about everything here is good

Lived here for two years now and this was my first visit to Fairway Pizza. Not sure how we missed it.
First, their version of garlic knots are these little, somewhat flat pieces of dough. I was pleasantly surprised when I poppy one in. They’re incredible… super garlic and buttery flavored gems. After devouring an order, we asked for another, just to make sure.
So we ordered pizza too… it’s a little more typical NY style thin. The sauce and toppings were tasty. The crust could have been a bit more crispy. Ours was a bit soggy. Flavor was still good.
Service was very pleasant… I enjoy these small places with charming service and it brings the ratio from 3 to 4.

You have to try the anipasta salad its huge and great! Ask for extra dressing!

Fairway is a little slice of heaven!!! Every year that I travel to the Tarpon Springs/​New Port Richey area we eat at Fairways. The pizza is a generous size and has a wide range of toppings. This is not your typical delivery pizza (which I believe they do). They of course have specialty pizza including the super yummy «White Pizza».
My mother always gets the crab salad, but this last time it came as a sandwich? Wasn’t what she ordered, but hey! it was still good. We’ve also had the wings here before which are pretty good.
This last time we ate here we tried the garlic bread which was… wow!!! I really cannot express how delicious these little bites of bread where. If I had known about these over the past 6 years I’ve been eating here I would have devoured a few dozen more in the course of my life!
My favorite dish, and the main reason I eat here along with the main dish I look forward to eating all year in FL, is the Greek Salad!!! Who ever heard of having potato salad in your salad??? It consists of shredded lettuce, feta cheese, olives, pepperocinis, ham, dressing, sliced onion and bell pepper, and of course the option of potato salad (which I highly recommend). All this together equals super delish!!!
