Please call us for any home repair or remodeling project you have in mind. We have been in business since 1983 and in the Tampa Bay/​New Port Richey area since 1995. We hold a Certified Residential Contractor license with the State of Florida as well as all necessary and current local licenses and insurances.

History

Established in 1983.

Our experience started in 1983 on Long Island New York. We relocated to Pasco County in 1995 and obtained state licensing. We have been in business continuously in this area since that time. We are A+ rated members of the Better Business Bureau. Our primary business is general home remodeling, including room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, window and door replacements and repairs. Additionally, we have built 5 new houses, ground up, giving us experience with the whole picture, even though new home construction is not our primary function.

Pete has been a carpenter since 1983, with a full range of construction skills, from planning, permitting, foundations and framing. With over 30 years in the business, he knows just about everything there is to know about the residential construction industry. Our company has maintained a good rating with every local entity as well as the BBB for many years. Most business comes our way from word of mouth referrals with very little advertising. That’s the best way to get referrals because the clients already know the high level of service provided.
