I practice a modern style of acupuncture called dry needling. The principles are based in the anatomy and physiology of the body. All issues addressed by traditional approaches to acupuncture can be addressed quickly and effectively through dry needling, including headache and migraine, sports injuries and injury-prevention, musculoskeletal and arthritis pain, infertility and menstrual pain, and smoking cessation.
Acupuncture is a superb avenue for healing after sports injuries. As part of Performance Sports and Wellness in New Paltz with Dr. David Ness, I am a member of an incredible team of practitioners dedicated to helping athletes maintain their health and their edge.
I invite you to my office for a free consult to speak about your health and to discuss whether acupuncture treatment may benefit you. «Minimize pain. Maximize performance.”®
