Cross Keys Motor Inn Restaurant & Lounge

If you read Nathan V’s review, you will will have this hotel in a nut shell. Make sure you read the next to the last line… this hotel tolerates drunks, parking lot fights, obnoxious loud people, etc.
I came here to sleep; not party. I had to move my room at 3 am because of the tolerance of loud obnoxious drunks!
Both non smoking rooms smell like smoke.
Front counter staff was nice. Haven’t been able to evaluate anything else. This was my first and last time here.

, I was supposed to pay when I got here and they charged me through Expedia before I could pay with a different method.

Between the cigarette burns in the sheets, broken shower head, no soap, and constant smell of cigarette smoke, I make no plans to return.

Many will wonder why I would give The Cross Keys 5 stars, let me explain.
The Cross Keys is not The Hilton. It doesn’t have hand woven rugs, room service, a Michelin Star chef on staff. It does not overlook the Seine or the Alps. There are no bellhops, valet service or other hoity-​toity crap.
The Cross Keys Hotel and Lounge is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Gettysburg, Hanover or York PA. It’s comfortable, it’s clean, the beer is cold, the drinks are served with a smile and the service is fantastic and friendly.
I’ve stayed there six or seven times in the passed five years and now when I call they know me by the sound of my voice.
They will go out of their way to accomodate your extraordinarily large group. Even if they are drunk, obnoxious and generally creating a scene in the parking lot.
