I would not recommend renting from this company. I lived in one of their properties for 11 months and then moved to Colorado. Throughout the moving process, dealing with bills and our security deposit, they have been entirely unhelpful. The receptionist is cold and not willing to give any single world or effort more than is necessary, which often leads to more complications and misunderstandings. It has been almost 2 months since I moved and I have still not received my security deposit.
