Business Owner
Chef Isaac Toups has worked in professional kitchens in New Orleans for over 12 years. He was Executive Sous Chef of Emeril’s Delmonico where he worked for most of the ten years he was with the company. Isaac’s passion has always been the indigenous foods of Acadiana where he grew up.
