I love Brian.
He repaired my MAC in 30 minutes for half of what another shop quoted and invited me to come in right away as opposed the the other shop that required an appointment and that I leave the computer.
Going to his shop is like dropping in on a friend of a friend who can fix what you need fixed. He definitely loves what he does and can figure stuff out that he hasn’t done before.
I would go back. I highly recommend him!

I reviewed Computer Geek about a year ago and re-​affirm my accolades for Brian. He knows his stuff and is patient and friendly and now a dad of two. Even though his cute dog Roxy is at home protecting the family, I am still able to be in his shop with a sick computer with minimal anxiety. He performed a miracle this week fixing the hinges on my laptop. I a ever so grateful.

Brian of Computer Geeks successfully unraveled lots of complex software glitches on my desktop quickly, inexpensively and reliably. I have been bringing desktop and laptops to Brian for years without any regrets When my machine slows way down and acts crazy, it can be terrifying. Brian figured it all out and reconfigured stuff based on my requirements. Hooray for Computer Geeks.

Quite simply, the best computer repair shop in the New Orleans area. Brian is knowledgable about his work, and most recently saved my little netbook from certain death. The repair was completed very cost effectively and quickly, and Brian even discounted a power charger to make sure my computer would be ready for finals. Honest geeks doing honest work. Highly recommended.

Very nice guy but there was obvious hostility toward Apple products and my Mac. I brought it in for a RAM increase from 4 to 8 and I had to repeat my order three times before it was finally ordered and it still didn’t work. I then had to return my Mac twice because they didn’t put my old RAM in right. I do not recommend, especially if you have a Mac.

Brian was a super nice guy and showed great knowledge about my hardware. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me with some minor software issues in order for me to complete my paper. If you want good local service with someone personable, then Computer Geeks is the spot!

Truly terrible. He was supposed to fix a hinge on my laptop. $ 500 dollars later, I realize he has ripped out the antenna, cables, and screws in my Macbook. Worst possible service (it took him 2 weeks to fix a basic hinge and he still didn’t do it right) and he has absolutely NO EXPERIENCE working with MACS. DO NOT TRUST.

I noticed a couch, a tv playing Cartoon Network, and a guitar in the back room. Clearly, working on computers is not a priority here.
I brought a computer in, 65 dollars later the problem is worse than ever, and two new issues have surfaced since the machine has been in their hands. After the first night my computer was with them a bored sounding guy called telling me my computer had crashed and he needed 150 to repair it. I told him I wanted to have a look, I came in to get my computer, turns out it had never crashed. I’m not calling them scammers, just disinterested, disorganized, and embarrassingly unprofessional.
Avoid like the plague.

Inexpesive and fast. Brought it in because I had a virus, got my laptop back a few hours later. Plus there’s a cute, little dog in the store, Ralphie! Seriously would just got for the puppy.
