Established in 2007.

Hello everyone, we fell in love with New Orleans on our honeymoon in 1988. It was then we knew we had to make this magical place our home and 8 years later we did. We have worked in real estate for quite awhile now since 2007, we then branched off and started our own company of Clouse Realty. Our office is now located in the middle of the action, just steps to Magazine Street in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. We can catch the parades from our front porch and enjoy live music, boutique shops, and mouthwatering food just steps away.

Ken Clouse-​Owner/​Manager

Ken is a seasoned real estate professional. With over 30 years experience in construction, renovations, investments and business endeavors, he understands the ever-​changing market and works just as quickly to stay on top of it all.

Rose Clouse-​Owner/​Agent

Rose has a lifetime of experience when it comes to real estate. At the age of 11, she began collecting rent at her grandparent’s apartment complex and hasn’t slowed down since. She’s soared to become a savvy and top producing real estate professional, emerging as a «Go-​To» agent. She is known for her friendly personality and fiery tenacity. Rose holds several degrees including a masters in Linguistics and Education, a BS in Education and an AA in Business. Rose & Ken reside in Uptown New Orleans and love to experience the unique happenings of this one of a kind city. When she’s not selling real estate, Rose loves to work out and spend time with her family, including 3 dogs.
