The bomb factory took good care of me and my odd ball vehicle. I have a 1976 truck with a modern drivetrain so I wasn’t sure if they would take it in. I wanted the modern AC compressor adapted to the trucks older AC system. I also needed an evaporator installed. They even used a box of parts and hoses I had collected to try to do it myself.
They were upfront with the time line and cost and They actually finished it early. The owner made himself available to pick up my truck on my schedule.
I would recommend this shop for stock and custom work. They have the capability to knock out just about anything and communication was good.

Brought my ’65 Mustang in for a complete overhaul. It really needed some TLC and the Bomb Factory guys hooked me up! Great Classic Car restoration shop, nothing like it in the area. Charles and his crew are super knowledgeable and obviously Love what they do. I will be back!

I own two early broncos (1976, 1972) and wouldn’t take them to any other shop besides The Bomb Factory. Charles and his team are the real deal, a group of old-​school car guys with countless years of experience that charge fair prices. If you want the highest quality work, this is your place.
My 1972 was hit by a drunk driver while parked on Magazine street. Charles happened to drive by while I was waiting on a tow truck. New to New Orleans, I had no idea where to send it for repair. I took a chance and sent it to The Bomb Factory. The repair exceeded my wildest expectations. Truly incredible craftsmanship and body work.
They have worked on my trucks several times now, and I am always pleased with the work quality and price.

Don’t take your car here! I brought my 1966 Ford Bronco here after looking at their website. It was overheating and having some electrical issues with the fan not turning on. 2 visits, $ 4,000 in «hours» (of which I paid $ 1,000), 12 weeks, and my car runs worse than it did when I first came in. I must have called them twice a week for 12 weeks and it did nothing to help make my project a priority for them. The most frustrating experience ever! The car literally shakes now and the A/​C no longer blows cold. To fix my original issue they finally just decided to wire the fan directly to the ignition! After all that they said they would wash it and I could come get it. I get there and its filthy and the battery is dead. These guys are terrible!
