T & L Restaurant

This is a 2 and a half star review that I’m rounding up because I’m glad to see businesses returning to the medical corridor.
T & L is your average Americanese convenience store that also has a decent number of hot plate dishes available during lunch. They’re located on Tulane Ave right across from old Charity, and next to where Phở Tau Bay used to be.
They usually have fried chicken, sweet and sour chicken, mongolian chicken, stir fry, pork dishes, gumbo, and your other standard «chinese food» fare. They also offer a variety of poboys which I haven’t tried. There’s a small selection of dry goods like chips and candies, and a cooler with soft drinks and liquor. They take cash and credit. Everything inside looks clean and well kept. There’s nothing particularly bad about this place, and nothing strikes you as great either, but I am glad to see it there.
