We specialize in Pizza! Our flour comes from King Arthur Mills in Vermont, the best in the country, our water is Kentwood, bottled from a natural aquifer on the Northshore. Our Prosciutto di Parma is Italy’s best, as is our Cinque Stella Gorgonzola, an unique 50 day cheese. We use Grande Cheese on our pies and we roast our own tomatoes for our sauce. We use the highest quality ingredients in everything we make! Don’t forget to try our unique and tasty salads, our old-school N’awlins sandwiches and pastas, and you definitely should try our homemade Bread Pudding!
History
Established in 2004.
We spent years crafting the perfect pizza recipe and finally came up with a pizza New Orleans could be proud of. We launched Slice Pizzeria on St. Charles in July of 2004 and promised to use only the best ingredients we can get. Most of it is locally sourced here in Louisiana, and when we can’t what we need here, we buy the best in the country.
In late 2013 we proudly announced we are now offering delivery.
