Great service. Two guys came out and rekeyed the house locks. They were early, knowledgeable, and professional. I will use them again if necessary and certainly would recommend them. I believe they’ve been in business for over 30 years and work all over the new orleans area. If you need service for safes or locks try them out.

My experience was a disaster-​The young man was here for almost two hours and $ 98 later I had one door that barely locked and another that was in shambles on the floor. He originally told me it was just a screw that needed tightening, then it was a part to be ordered and then saying guess you need two new locks even though I thought Baldwin locks were lifetime locks. –ended up spending $ 500 on two new locks and hired another locksmith to install them. The original master locksmith at Rocks apparently passed away and two young men are running the business. The young man that was here was very nice but not knowledgeable.

I called these guys to redo 3 locks after moving into a new house. They sent someone over the same day, and he came on time and did a fine job. I didn’t get estimates from other places but the price seemed reasonable. So if you need a locksmith they’re a good bet.
