Specialties
At Pizza Nola we specialize in food made in-house. We make our own dough, sauce, and salad dressings. Our meatballs are made with fresh ground beef & turkey. We make our own sandwich bread, garlic knots, and crostinis. For dessert, we have gelato and sorbetto that, yep, we make ourselves.
For breakfast (Fri-Sun), we make our own pancake batter, Challah for French Toast, Praline sauce, sausage gravy, and Powerhouse pancakes. Breakfast also features freshly-squeezed OJ plus fresh Orange-Carrot-Ginger Juice. We make our own Strawberry Jam using fresh Louisiana berries and offer pure fresh Maple syrup.
Each of our New York-style thin-crust pizzas is hand-rolled and hand-tossed. Plus, enjoy $ 5.99 lunch specials Monday through Thursday, plus Kids Eat Free on Monday nights! After-School, we have $ 1-off slices or gelato weekdays from 3−5pm. Plus, if you follow us, you’re bound to find out about some of our other secret specials. (Such as the weekly pw for $ 1 mimosas at breakfast.)

History
Established in 2010.
Taking over the location formerly known as Mrs. Pizza, Pizza Nola opened in October, 2010, and we are proud to play a part in our neighborhood’s rebirth and regrowth by offering quality food at reasonable prices in a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere.
We’re uniquely New Orleans and we look forward to welcoming you in our home. Well, not exactly in our «home», but what we consider the next best thing.

Meet the Manager
Lenny G.
Manager
Leonardo Garcia arrived in New Orleans from New York where he spent 16 years in busy Manhattan and Long Island Pizzerias honing his skill as a master NY-style hand-tossed pizza maker. Originally from Argentina, Lenny has been with Pizza Nola since Day One, and he has brought to the restaurant a pizza-making style that is unique to New Orleans. To watch him create a pizza is watching a master at work– strong, fast fingers, expertly manipulating the dough, spooning a copious amount of handmade sauce, topping with our original blend of mixed shredded cheeses, and topped with fresh vegetables and tasty meats.
While waiting for your pizza, Lenny will bake up some hand-made garlic knots, crostinis for our Spinach & Artichoke Dip and oversized bread for our sandwiches, mix up a batch of our house-made salad dressings or roll some homemade meatballs made with fresh ground beef and turkey.
