Pelican Property Solutions provide skilled home services in the New Orleans Area. I provide Pressure Washing for your home, driveway and gutter cleaning. Also, as a skilled handyman I can do all your small jobs inside and outside of your house, including landscaping. No job is too small.

History

Established in 2014.

I started Pelican Property Solutions to get out of the grind of working in the construction management industry. Earning a degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University, I soon went to work managing large construction projects in the New Orleans area. I have experience working as the Owner’s Representative for the renovation of the Louisiana Superdome and the construction of Champions Square and as a Project Manager for an architecture firm doing historical renovations of Courthouses in St. Bernard Parish. While these jobs were extremely exciting and educational, unfortunately they were also bogged down with bureaucracy and paperwork. I decided to leave and start off on my own where I could have an immediate impact providing a service producing solutions for small construction and maintenance issues without middlemen and paperwork.

I earned a degree from LSU in Landscape Architecture and put that to use doing Construction Management. I served eleven years with the United States Marine Corps, where I deployed twice to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and currently serve as an Aviator with the Louisiana Army National Guard. I enjoy providing home services to people in New Orleans to help them maintain their properties and increase their value.
