Picked up at airport and driven to my hotel very late and discovered immediately I had left my cell phone in cab. Immediately called the phone and the cab company number. Was told we had to have cab number, which of course he never offered to give us a receipt and left very fast. So the company doesn’t know their drivers who are out working? My fault, too tired, but to have a company that services customers, you would expect better integrity. They are thiefs, rude and had no intention of assisting me. I will lodge a complaint at the airport as well.

Caught a cab from the airport to my home in midcity. I inquired about the flat $ 33 rate since that’s the charge for going downtown. I asked if there’s a different charge for going to a closer part of town– midcity.
The driver got rude with me for questioning his fare and told me that he’s from here and I should know… Ummmm actually I’m from here and I know you’re trying to milk tourists for their money. I’m not a tourist and I’m not a fool.
He also talked on his phone while driving and his antiquated can was filthy.

Requested a ride to the airport. I was given grief about requesting a receipt so I could get the ride reimbursed on this business trip. After my driver’s attempt to print a receipt copy, I find out that I was charged twice for the ride on my credit card statement.

Driver 0855 just picked us up at the airport after a series of travel nightmares. I was so happy to be back in my city but this driver (#0855) really put a damper on my mood. He needed turn-​by-​turn directions in a popular part of town and then proceeded to dump trash from his vehicle in our yard even though we told him repeatedly it was not ours and asked him to pick it up. I took pictures of the trash and the driver if your company would like evidence and have already made a report. What a jerk! I can see by reading other reviews he has a reputation.

The driver that just dropped me off at a friend’s had no idea where he was going, circled the block twice, and charged me for the extra time that he caused. Beyond that, he was unfriendly and I hope that I do not have the same experience again.

Driver tried to cut me off in traffic on Interstate 10 not once but 2x by 0855 b/​t 5 – 6 pm on 3÷8÷2014. Driver sucks!

This cab service seems to have a monopoly on the cab line at the Westin Canal Place Hotel. My experience in the past has not been good. Every driver is new to the City and for the most part do not know the City. And in the past I have run into some bad attitudes.
Almost called for a United Cab to pick me up but this past Monday decided to give them another try. And for the first time I experienced a nice cab driver with this company. He did not know the City but relied on a GPS to direct him. But he had a pleasant and friendly attitude.
This company needs to improve on customer relations and I am sure the stars will go higher.

Leaving the Superdome after a Saints game and asked if could give us a ride to the airport. It was $ 33 for both my boyfriend and I. As we were stuck in traffic, a woman got in the cab who was also heading for the airport. The fare was then lowered to $ 14 per person instead of $ 33 for us two. When we arrived at the airport, the woman (who had luggage, we did not) paid with a credit card and we paid with cash, as we were getting out, he said that the credit card machine didn’t work and for her «not to worry about it» … So basically she got a free ride, and when we asked why we had to pay he said «Because you guys had cash» …I would’ve paid double to get better service and equality.
