History

Established in 2005.

Ms. Goody 2 Shoes Events, LLC was a necessity for family and friends, who were unable to execute life events with the «Wow» effect. We engaged in pro-​bono work to assure their events stated the «Wow» effect and received referrals to assist other friends and their family members.

Due to the extension of our family and their celebration of life events (Weddings, House Warming, Births and Graduations), we desired to assist with events and gained the knowledge and experience to plan and design events.

Post Hurricane KATRINA, many family members and friends were unable to return home, due to job lost and insufficient funds to restore their homes in New Orleans. We were blessed to return and support those who were without jobs and housing, whereas, our passion for event designs and event favors grew more.

In 2006 I retired from the City of New Orleans as a Principal Analyst, in 2008 my daughter and I partnered to design events and edible favors for friends and family members. I have 30+ years experience customizing Event Favors, Candy Bouquets, Custom Stationary and Floral designs.
