The doctors and nurses are always very nice and helpful but almost every time I call to make a appointment or make any changes I seem to get a person on the phone that has very low customer service skills and a not so nice attitude tone of voice. The first couple times I called to make a appointment I was put on hold several times and after about 10 minutes all I heard was dial tone. I called back and a different person answered and I addressed the issue that its my 3rd time calling and have already spent over 30 minutes on the phone and I am just trying to make a appointment.
