I’ve been before, but never left a review. My trips before probably would’ve only warranted a 4 star review. Today’s service bumped them to five. Both pedi and mani nail techs did a wonderful job. They were very detailed, thorough, and friendly.

I am a former New Orleans resident and I now visit 2 – 3 times per year. My usual nail salons are located in the Metairie and Harahan area. On my last visit I found myself downtown looking for a decent nail salon that was close. I must say I found one! This place was neat and clean… crowded but the staff worked to get everybody in and their services done. The clientele was a little stuffy (a lot stuffy actually) and although this was a major turn off the shop itself is a good option for new visitors and regulars like myself as well. I recommend this place.

I was able to walk in for a pedicure and had no wait. The staff was very friendly and the pedicure is good.
One complaint: I have steam burns on the tops of my feet from the hot towels. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll live, but ouch!

Amazing manicure and arm/​shoulder/​neck massage… for a steal! $ 13, not sure what took me so long to visit this one, it’s my new fav.

Usually go to another place but decided to try this out being closer to me. Very clean, they use plastic covering for pedis and throw away after each person. Small but comfortable, staff very nice and pleased with my results! Will try a mani next time!

Everyone at Lilly’s nails is an expert, on top of being super nice and friendly too. Their shop is clean and beat, and they brought water to each client. They even tested my nail design to make sure it was what I wanted. Highly recommend this spot!

First off, I’m a guy. But I have recently discovered the pampered joy of having a pedicure.
When my friends Donna & Adriana invited me to their secret pedicure pleasure palace (Lilly’s), I knew I was being let on a special adventure. We brought wine and vodka, cups and a party mindset.
The pedicure was amazing and the cheerfulness of the people who worked at Lilly’s was even more fantastic. By the time we left I felt like I’d spent a relaxing week on a white sand beach in the Caribbean.
Before we left we all had a group picture taken (see attached). I just returned today and am sitting in the massage chair which feels like a beach chair.
If you need a pedicure and a beach vacation come to Lilly’s. Bring wine, vodka, and get chill. And take a selfie with Lilly and the girls and post it here so we all can see your smiling face. ;-)

This place is AWESOME. The location is great if you’re spending the day shopping and frollicking on Magazine St. It’s a very unassuming spot, not super fancy but the décor had a number of minor details that set them apart. A serene photo on the wall, comfy plush chairs at the front stations, whimsical decals on the back wall.
Most importantly, I am a sucker for a professionally executed mani pedi and that’s just what I received here. Jade was exceptional in customer service as well as her craft. I left this shop knowing I’d indeed be back. I felt like Jade actually cared about the health of my nails. I also appreciate that they supply you with a small booklet which details all of their spa options and you can simply select whichever treatment you prefer.
I found my experience to be very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back, sooner than later.

Really enjoyed this place. They were friendly and prompt. I thought they did a great job with my pedicure and I would definitely come back. Wish they would have done a little more of a foot massage, but other than that no complaints.

Went there for the first time to get gels for the first time.
It was a great experience! Tracy (Tran) was very nice and talkative. We talked about moving to another country, family, boyfriend, etc.
The salon is very clean and my friend and I were lucky to have the salon for ourselves, which made it a really peaceful and quiet experience.
I will go back before I live on my summer break vacation!

On a girl’s weekend, getting our nails done was a must. We didn’t make any appointments and picked a place near where we were when the mood struck. Lily’s was able to accommodate us. The staff are friendly and professional. Everything was clean and hygienic. You can’t go wrong with massage chair and spa pedicures. The quality seemed to vary between each of us. In the end, not the best pedicure of my life but it fit the bill for a pleasant afternoon with pals.

I’m never had a manicure last this long! What a great experience at this salon. My feet are smooth and soft and my nails look great. Wish I could go back but I live in NYC…
Also, definitely go and eat Vietnamese food next door. Delicious!

My favorite place for nail care. Owner Kim, Kieu & Kelly have given me exceptional service — exceeding expectations. Kelly repaired 4 nails today, Lundi Gras, just in time for tomorrow’s Mardi Gras Rex Parade — Yay!!!

$ 30 for an excellent gel mani in a clean space is sort of hard to find in New Orleans. I booked last minute appointments for 4 of us to get our nails done before a wedding and within 30 minutes they were able to seat all of us simultaneously. Unfortunately, we were divided into groups of 3 and 1 and then half but it wasn’t so bad. Those of us who had gel mani’s had really meticulous aestheticians who took their time making sure our cuticles and nail shape were what we wanted. It was so detailed that we ended up finishing our mani’s at the same time the other girls who got regular polish were also finished.
The color selection was great, but since I was looking for a nude color and nothing to crazy, I didn’t notice if the gel colors were that varied. Either way, if you need a last minute job and you’re willing to fork out the money, I’d highly recommend them.
Also, one last note, my friend had to get 4 coats of the gel color she had and her aesthetician told her that because it’s so thick, she’s going to call her in a couple of days to see if it still looks good. She told her that if anything went wrong, she’d do it all over again for free.
