In my opinion the most important element of a business, no matter what the category or type, is the customer service. Knoxco properties has that down pat. I manage a ²⁴⁄₇ group training facility and gym uptown and on a Saturday afternoon I realized our entrance lever to the front door was locking up and getting stuck. I couldn’t risk members getting stuck inside so I quickly went to Unilocal and found Knoxco properties. After one phone call Steve was at my door and ready to work exactly at the time he said he would arrive, ON A SATURDAY! This wasn’t really part of their service and yet he took the time and put in the effort to remedy my problem. He was honest and gave me honest insight on what needed to be done as the work was a temporary fix. I actually needed to call the company that installed the door to get a new part. He could have easily just said that and left but Steve took it upon himself to help me out. The real amazing thing is that he wouldn’t even charge me since it was a «temporary» fix. Folks you don’t find that kind of honesty anymore so if you need anything at your house or business serviced or repaired, I highly recommend calling Steve at Knoxco properties. They are one of the few good ones left! You will be very happy you did.

The guys from Knoxco have been my «go-​to» people for years — even before the company was formed. From large renovation projects to small handyman fixes, they have always been easy to work with, honest about prices, willing to offer alternatives to save me money and the workmanship is stellar.
Most recently, they did a front door replacement along with removing and replacing some rotted wood on my house. Their response time was phenomenal and I never have to worry about them leaving trash or debris behind when they are finished with a job.
I highly recommend them, whether you have just a few small things to be repaired or you are in need of a total build or renovation.
