Business Owner

Walker has never worked in a professional kitchen, but has always been treated as a professional chef by his peers and associates in the industry. He is currently head chef of Kebab, and is working on his fine dining pop-up restaurant Margaret’s. His experience in Greece with wood fired ovens is a result of his position aboard the Caravan Stage Company’s 90 foot ship the Amarazee as chief engineer.
