One of our greatest services that we offer at Improving Knowledge Thru Teaching Academy is that we teach the students self confidence, independence, curiosity and creativity. I.K.T. Academy education has excellent parents and inspired children since 2010.

Established in 2010.

Improving Knowledge Thru Teaching Academy have been serving children and their families since 2010. We are a private day care facility that provides for children ages 3 months to 12 years old. I.K.T. Academy ventures beyond the traditional child care services, while maintaining its ability to deliver high quality, safe and dependable services. We believe that children are precious, unique and deserves to be treated equally. I.K.T. Academy is concerned with the growth of your child physically, socially, mentally, and emotionally. Our program is structured to promote growth and development, independence, and self-​confidence.

We offer activities which enable preschoolers to learn how to get along with others and to function effectively away from the home environment. Our program is to designed to meet every child needs alone with teaching them self independence. Making your child happy involves giving them the best education and providing them with a safe and secure environment.

A little about me is that I graduated from Delgado Community College with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor Degree in Child Development and Family Studies and currently pursuing my Master Degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Reading and Literacy at LSU Shreveport.

I am an avid believer in learning and exploring new and creative ways to learning and I practice this through continuous education.

I have my own private preschool called Improving Knowledge Thru Teaching Academy which is locate in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I.K.T. Academy is a small private FOUR STAR preschool where not only my students learn in an indoor classroom, but also learn in an outdoor classroom.
