I live in Los Angeles and needed congratulatory flowers delivered same day to my sister in New Orleans. I ordered the «Suzy’s On The Go» arrangement and it was gorgeous! It was exactly as pictured on the website and very reasonably priced. Will definitely order from Flora Savage again!

Suzy did the flowers for my wedding — we were on a tight budget but she is so very creative — our flowers were gorgeous and perfect! We had 10 centerpieces, 7 corsages and 6 bouquets all for under $ 1,000! My fave was the Goth Corsage” she made for one of bff’s — just beautiful! I would recommend Flora Savage for any budget/​occasion!

I wanted to like this shop as it’s right by my house and has an amazingly beautiful selection of flowers. However, the staff are unfriendly and not helpful; in actuality, they made me feel unwelcome in the shop. Perhaps this is just not the kind of flower shop you go into to buy a random bouquet.

I called Flora Savage at the last minute to see if they could make my daughter a bridal bouquet. Not only did they have it ready in less than in hour, but it was absolutely gorgeous! It was exactly what I would have picked out myself and my daughter had so my compliments on the flowers!!! The flowers made the pictures and the service was fabulous!!! I would highly recommend this florist to anyone in the New Orleans area!!!

I called Flora Savage in the morning two minutes after they opened, and they were ready for my special order. They created a gorgeous arrangement within my budget and customized it to my preferences. Only an hour later I got a message from the recipient of the flowers, telling me how beautiful they were! How did Flora Savage do all of this in only an hour? I highly recommend Flora Savage! They’re the best!

So I gave this shop a call one day b/​c I’m a NOLA photographer that needed a floral crown made for one of my photoshoots. Suzy answered the phone and allowed me to send her a text message containing the look I wanted for the crown (I’m picky like that lol).
So when I show up, not only does Suzy have the crown ready for me straight out the fridge, but then tells me the original price she quoted me on the phone was higher than what I actually had to pay. It wound being $ 20 less to be exact. That made me VERY HAPPY! :) Suzy was so nice throughout the process and the floral crown came out BEAUTIFUL! I’ve included a photo I took during the shoot. I just got feedback on flowers I ordered for a third party. The recipient could not have been happier! I love it when florist love what they do and it shines through their creations!

I came to her rather late in the planning process (with a very limited budget to boot), and not only did she work within my means but she also delivered an amazing assortment of gorgeous and creative arrangements! I planned my wedding from Colorado and had trouble dealing with the distance with vendors at times, but with Suzy she was prompt, polite and very good at communicating with me throughout the whole process. Her and her staff were flexible and even delivered my arrangements at the exact time that was best to ensure their quality. She took my wacky ideas (feathers in a bouquet?! Some florists would laugh), embraced them and turned them into my absolute dream.
The store is also adorable and her staff was all very nice and helpful.
Do yourself a favor and use them.

I called earlier this week and was happily surprised that Erica answered even though it was technically a few minutes after closing. I was in need of flowers ASAP because a colleague had been in a car accident that day and having surgery unexpectedly. Erica was super polite and although she could have turned me away being that the store was closed, she agreed to make an arrangement for me right then as I drove from the CBD. Not only was the arrangement ready on my arrival maybe 10 minutes later, IT WAS GORGEOUS!
I truly appreciate this attention to detail and dedication to customer service and will be sure to use Flora Savage for future floral needs. The owner is smart for hiring employees like this. Thankfully, my colleague is home and recovering well, hopefully cheered up by the beautiful arrangement.

I called a few places for my destination wedding for a bouquet and piece for my hair. I got a bunch of quotes way out of my budget, so because they were the closest to my hotel, I called Flora Savage. The lady I spoke to on the phone was great and gave me a reasonable quote based on what I described. She offered to have them delivered for a small charge, so I had one less thing to worry about.
All good so far but in the back of my mind I thought by paying so much less for my flowers, I was going to have to accept having a plain-​Jane bouquet, boy was I pleasantly surprised! They were exactly as I had described them on the phone, but even better than I ever hoped for. I loved everything about them. I cannot say enough good things about Flora Savage. I teared up when I had to leave my bouquet to go home.
Since I never actually went to the store, I’d also really like to thank everyone that works there. Your creativity and attention to detail made my wedding day even more wonderful and I truly appreciate it.

My mother-​in-​law brought me BEAUTIFUL flowers from Flora Savage. I was so impressed with them. Then I ordered a bouquet for a friend off their website and it was a dud. The flowers were cut too tall for the vase and everything just looked half-​assed. But I’m going to give the shop another shot on the strength of my first experience. It is an adorable spot in the Quarter.

I sent an email and I called twice to arrange for a wedding bouquet. When I called the second time, I was told that I would receive a call within a couple of hours but I never received a call. Unprofessional and unbelievable.

I enjoy walking down Royal Street with a empty vase and returning with a beautiful and fragrant arrangement that best suits my mood.
Flora Savage did my bouquet for my wedding and it looked like something right out of a bridal magazine. I received endless compliments. Besides feeding my fresh flower fetish the staff has beautifully deliver numerous arrangements for any occasion.
I once called a local grocery store in the French Quarter from New York and had a bottle of Pink Champange delivered to the floral shop. They in turn incorporated the chamapage with the arrangement and delivered it! Awesomeness!
Lastly the staff has always been on point with whatever my budget.

We have other weddings and mothers day, so I havent even had a chance to look at what we discussed 4 days ago. It usually takes me 2 weeks to a month to send out a quote, although I do understand your time constraint since the wedding is June 1^st. I am sorry I didnt let you know that when we spoke. This is the last thing any bride wants to hear, especially when she is coming from out of town. Unless you want to risk having your wedding fall on the «last priority, but we wont let you know that up front list» then I suggest finding someone else.

Great! Great! Great!
I ordered flowers and a bear for this wonderful girl and had it delivered to her office. The flowers came out amazing and is as beautiful as the girl who received it. I was hoping they would have it delivered earlier than the time it arrived (came in around noon-​ish), but no biggie. I would also have liked to know what the bear I ordered would look like prior to the delivery being completed. All they had were the prices of the bears (I assuming they range in sizes) and I pretty much had to take a chance on what bear would show up with the flowers. All in all, the mission was complete! If there was an option for 4.75 stars, I’d definitely pick it.
I also have to give them credit on their online service. I am on a business trip in China and ordered everything online. Didn’t have to call them once to make sure everything was correct.
It was a wonderful, smooth experience. I’d order from this company again.

This place is great. They did the flowers for our wedding and subsequent anniversary visits to New Orleans. I will use them every year we come back. Even though my wife knows, it will still always be a wonderful surprise to her to see the beautiful arrangements Flora Savage puts together. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in New Orleans.
Little tip — you can please a custom order online… very useful!

I live in California and wanted to send flowers to my aunt in New Orleans. I found Flora Savage on Unilocal and after reading the reviews placed my order online. The flowers arrived the very next day and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. (My aunt sent a photo.) I’m sure I’ll be using them again.

Kryss is a life-​saver! Not only did she have beautiful roses that I needed but she also was very helpful in my quest to find champagne glasses last minute. The shop is very nicely arranged and all their flowers are fresh and beautiful. They make incredible flower arrangements. Delivery anywhere in the metro area. Prices are inexpensive. Flora Savage can handle any occasion whether it’s big or small.

I absolutely love this shop. Every time i go in, the staff is extremely helpful and they’ve come to know what to recommend based on what I’ve purchased in the past. I find the flowers are really reasonably priced, particularly give the location and the selection, while small, is very well thought out and includes some amazingly beautiful flowers and arrangements.
i’m all for supporting local businesses as often as I can and this is the sort of place that makes it both easy and rewarding to do so.

I will never use another florist in the city. The staff always keeps your budget in mind and doesn’t give you any surprises when you go to pay.
I should have written this review a long time ago, but I am a terrible person. Suzy, the owner put up with my strange requests and made my wedding flowers beautiful.
We had a consultation and she asked all the right questions, even down to ribbon width! I asked her to be creative and she definitely was! I asked for red, black and white flowers, and she used spray paint to get the right effect, but I thought it was GENIUS! She even delivered all of the flowers to where I was getting my hair done (on a day that the shop wasn’t even open).
I got so many compliments on my bouquet all day. She arranged it in such a way that they didn’t move at all the whole day. The boutonnieres
matched my bouquet, and photographed very well.

I recommended her to a good friend for use in her wedding. The huge arrangements were so beautiful and fragrant. She used crystals in a creative way that accented the flowers. Whenever I think of her wedding, I still remember the smell of the flowers.
I bring my own vases down to flora savage when I am having a party or need a pick-​me-​up, and the staff expertly fills the vase with beautiful and fresh flowers, and just ask what my budget is and what colors I would like to use. I can even go in and just pick out a favorite flower (because many of them are sitting out in buckets for the customer to see) and they fix it up all nice!
So, next time you mess up and need to apologize, or say I love you, or just fancy up the house, give flora savage a ring or a visit. You can’t go wrong.
