History
Established in 2013.
Doris Metropolitan began serving premier meats in Israel in 2003. Under the name Doris Katzavim (Doris Butchers), our first restaurant instantly became one of the most popular destinations in Israel. By 2008 we had 3 different locations and a factory.
In 2010 we sought new challenges and refreshing markets. San Jose, Costa Rica charmed us with its large potential due to a big demand for a high quality steak house.
In the spring of 2010 we opened the doors of Doris Metropolitan in Santa Ana, a suburb of San Jose that is considered the most developing and promising area in San Jose’s metropolitan area.
Doris Metropolitan has established itself in Costa Rica as fine dining restaurant that offers a unique and exclusive experience with its food and atmosphere.
We have chosen New Orleans for our next destination. «The Big Easy», a culinary capital with all its charm seem like a natural fit for Doris Metropolitan.
