Fresh, made-​to-​order crepes by your very own crêpe chef are the specialty at this tiny street-​side creperie in Uptown New Orleans. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert crepes are served up daily along with fresh coffees, ice cream and delicious frozen blended drinks.

Homemade sauces, fresh sliced fruits and vegetables and an array of meats, cheeses and unique sweet toppings make for some incredible crêpe combinations, all made right in front of your eyes.

Choose from over 50 varieties of Classic Crepes, Specialty Crepes, Breakfast Crepes, Vegetarian Crepes, Seafood Crepes, Dessert Crepes and Ice Cream Crepes or build your own. Open from 9 a.m. till midnight or later daily. Limited outdoor seating is available.

History

Established in 2004.

After 2 successful Crepes a la Cart locations were opened in Breckenridge, CO and near Boulder, CO, Kevin and Andrea Merlin brought this unique, hand-​held concept to New Orleans.

The ability to watch your crêpe being made from scratch before biting into an outrageously delicious and fresh product were the driving force behind bringing the concept New Orleans, where crepes are popular, but generally pre-​made and reheated in the restaurants which serve them. The wait may be a bit longer, but customers consistently thank us for taking the time to make each of our crepes to order, in full view of the customer. We are proud to continue that tradition.

We began catering in 2005, and have developed quite a following at the markets and festivals in which we participate.
