Capdeville is American interpretation of higher end pubs commonly found in London. Here, enjoying people and camaraderie is just the order of the day. Capdeville’s features include a collection of American whiskeys, gourmet interpretations of classic comfort food, and an assortment of albums in an antiquated jukebox. In short, though, it is a well done casual restaurant paying tribute to whiskey and rock and roll.
Inspired by New Orleans Mayor Paul Capdevielle (1900 – 1904) who has a mere one block street named in his honor despite being largely credited with industrializing New Orleans, Capdeville is poised to become one of the timeless classics dotting New Orleans’ restaurant landscape.
