Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. I initially contacted Charles Dwyer, better known as Chuck, to review work on my property. He arrived at my property without my permission and insisted on not providing a written quote. He then subsequently hung up the phone. I think Mr. Dwyer needs to take Business etiquette 101. I would stay far away from this individual.
