Had a great time on the tour! definitely recommend going on the small airboat much faster! it is kid friendly as well, my son got to hold a baby gator! Would go back again!

Place was great. Would give 5 starts for the tour, but there was an accident on the charge amount. Reason I’m writing the review is that they cleared it up within 30 mins, no hassle, which is how it should be, but not all that common.

Great customer service! We were a little out of their pick up area but they were very accommodating and came and got our group of 7. When we got there we realized we were billed for 8 instead of 7. I called and he refunded my money for the extra ticket in minutes!
The tour itself was SO much fun! We were laughing and smiling and our tour guide was funny! We saw lots of alligators! From babies swimming in the water to full grown ones! We saw turtles and birds too! Our tour guide had a baby alligator we could hold that he’s raising until it’s a little bigger since it was a late hatch that would have died because of when it was born. The ride back was fun too because we went fast and the guide did some «tricks» with the boat! I highly recommend this tour!!!

In town for business. We figured yes a swamp tour is a must. We contacted Joe he arranged for a private air boat for 12 of us. Then crazy weather. Rain lightning hail you get the idea. Well it was impossible for this trip to happen. I thought it was going to be a problem to get are money back but Joe is a stand up guy and refunded all of us with no problem. Thanks Joe. I would definitely recommend

BEST PART OF MY NEW ORLEANS TRIP!!!
I seriously was blown away (no pun intended!) but this awesome experience!
I could not have imagined that I would have such a great time. Our tour guy was so awesome, funny, and informative. He is also good friends with a gator named Hector. I thought this was total BS until he pulled up next to them, they fist/​nosed bumped and he fed him chicken! Unbelievable!
I highly recommend taking an airboat ride when you are vising NOLA. They even pick you up from your hotel and you get a little history tour while driving to and from the air boat tour.
SO much fun!!!

This was a blast! My husband and I chose to do the small airboat tour, which was definitely worth the extra cash. Bebop was our guide. He was knowledgable, funny, and answered all of our questions. I can’t express the amount of fun this is! Do it!

Joe helped me to arrange this tour on a private boat for 12 family members. It was a smooth process from start to finish. We were picked up by shuttle van at the hotel and taken to the location for the tour. Rocky was our tour guide and he was amazing! The scenery was amazing, the wildlife was up-​close and personal. It was a fun and informative tour!

We were in town for Mardi Gras and we decided to take a alligator/​swamp tour. They picked us up from the hotel and our driver, Shawn, was super nice and he gave us good tips about where to go eat, as well. The tour was great. Our captain, Bee Bop, was the man. He was funny and very informative. We even got to hold a baby ‘gator named Miller Lite!

I was questioning if I should go because I thought that I am afraid of alligator but I feel really safe with captain Matt on his boat rides.
I saw big alligators sunbathing, turtles and birds. For someone who was born in Moscow Russia and who lives in New York it’s a real touch with nature and when you hold a baby alligator you will feel happy
I am recommended these tour for everybody who visit New Orleans it’s real adventure.

Captain Ernie was great. We rode in the large airboat but still got not the small bayous. So informative and entertaining. We learned a lot and still had lots of fun. Who would have thought alligators like marshmallows.
