Established in 1992.

I have practiced Immigration Law in New Orleans, LA, exclusively since 1987. I opened my own office in 1992. I am a member of the LA State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. I have maintained a top rating from Martindale-​Hubbell since 1997. I have handled over 100 immigration cases in the 2^nd, 5^th, 6^th and 11^th US Circuit Courts of Appeal. My published cases have been cited hundreds of times in other US District and Circuit Court published cases over the years.

I specialize in: deportation/​removal cases (criminal as well as non criminal) in Immigration Court in New Orleans as well as other jurisdictions; appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and litigation in the US 5^th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I also handle political asylum cases, family-​based petitions, green cards, and naturalization (citizenship) proceedings.
