3D Mobile Detailing

So, I searched high and low for a good place to get my car detailed and found 3D Mobile Detailing. I logged on and put in an appointment request and David got with me really quickly. He and his team arrived at my house and went over what he would do and asked if I had any particular details I wanted him to pay attention to. That was awesome. They treated my car like it was worth million dollars.
I had swirl marks from previous attempts at detailing and they got them out. They went under the hood, in the door cracks and between the hard to reach places around the seats.
I will be using David and his team from now on. They are fantastic.

David is a professional. You get what you pay for. Quality and attention to detail. We will be doing business together for a long time.

David does a great job. Very responsible, hard working and trustworthy. He has cleaned my Corolla several times and always does a great job. I like his entrepreneurism and definitely recommend him.

I just had 3D detail my Buick Enclave. David did an excellent job-​called twice to confirm the appointment and showed up even a little early. I had the entire car-​inside and out detailed. It was beyond anything that could be cleaned at the local car wash. He was extremely professional and I would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him highly

David was such a pleasure to deal with. I surprised my friend with a car detail for her birthday. Had him do it while she was at work and he went above and beyond. He communicating with me exactly the time he would be there and I honestly felt I was undercharged. He knew the circumstances and went out of his way to make it amazing for her. I will most definitely be calling him for my own car next time and would refer him to anyone.

David is awesome. I called him with a very specific problem that I wanted addressed before my parents came to visit.
— My car smells like dogs when it’s humid because the previous owner used to put the dogs in the car or something and I can’t seem to get rid of the hair.
— Some food got spilled and food juice got stuck under the seat and I tried multiple times to clean it and it still smelled foul, especially when humid.
He did an awesome job. Of course, I still see dog hair, because that stuff is impossible to get out in one cleaning job, but my car smells much better on any given humid day.

I called 3D with a minor emergency… dog threw up in the car :(David accomodated me in less than 24 hours notice and did a very thorough and professional job. Arrived on time and had a crew. Highly recommend.

They did the complete detail on my mustang and they did a fabulous job, I even had the engine cleaned. The interior was very dirty and now it looks like it has never been driven. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Bought a LivingSocial coupon to get my car detailed. After WEEKS of e-​mailing, and finally calling, for an appointment the guy says «When are you free on Wednesday?» I told him. A few days later, Wednesday comes around. I wait for about an hour after I told him I was available, and then e-​mail him. He tells me that he FORGOT about me! Unprofessional, much? Hire someone to handle your appointments if it’s so difficult to write them down yourself.
I called LivingSocial and they refunded my money, thankfully. Unless you have the time to be hounding this guy for an appointment, don’t bother. He either has a serious disorganization problem or seriously doesn’t care about customer service, maybe both.

I recently bought a LivingSocial coupon for 3D Mobile Detailing since my SUV was in need of some thorough cleaning. I called the number and was told to go on the website to request an appointment. So I went on their website, filled out all the information and submitted the form. I got an automated email with all the information I had provided, so I’m sure they received the request. A week went by and I never got a call back. So I called again. This time I was sent to voice mail. I left a message stating that I had a LivingSocial coupon that I would like to redeem, and that I had already requested an appointment through the website. I also left my name and my phone number. Several days went by and nobody called me back. So again I called their number and got the machine. I left another message. Several days went by and I decided it was a lost cause.
I ended up having to call LivingSocial to request a refund. It took me about 40 minutes (between being on hold and explaining to them what had happened) to get them to process the refund.
It was a real shame because I was looking forward to finding a good detailing service I could use every now and then. Also because this service seemed to have their act together judging by their website and the other reviews.
I’m glad I was able to get a refund, but it was a huge waste of time calling them several times, going on the web to request an appointment and then finally having to request a refund with LivingSocial. Buyer beware.

A few days ago, I was on my way to the gym and thought I’d carry a protein shake with me. This was a HUGE banana cream shake mixed with about a quart of whole milk. I made sure the lid was screw on nice and tight, laid it carefully in the passenger seat of my Prius and took off to the gym. Well, I get to the gym, pick up my shaker and yup, you guessed it… it was empty! While I made sure the lid was screwed on tight, I neglected to ensure the drinking spout was on properly. The entire contents of that shaker had apparently leaked out and ran down the seat and into the carpet. Being that I’ve been working crazy hours lately, all I had time to do was soak as much up as I could with paper towels and empty a can of Lysol inside. Three days later, it smelled like a monkey had puked in my car!
So I did a search for mobile detailing in New Orleans and up pops this review on Unilocal.The reviews were good so I called him up. He shows up in this professionally equipped van and another guy. They went at my car like a couple of cleaning ninjas and in about an hour it was done. I sat down in my car and took a deep breath. Sure enough, no more rotten banana cream pie smell! Plus they made the rest of the car look like new too. I might add they were both very pleasant too.

3D Mobile Detailing is a fantastic detailing service! When I drove out to New Orleans from Los Angeles I brought out my F-​150 and BMW 328 — The truck had my very furry Akita in the whole 1800 miles here, which meant there was ton of dog hair in the seats and carpets by the time we got here. David cleaned the entire interior so well you couldn’t even tell my dog was in the truck. Made my truck and car look new! I think another important thing to note is he shows up with a van equipped with a water tank and power washer —
Update — I had David come out and detail the car and truck again. This time he did it in a big hurry early in the morning. Had his kids work on my car (Not a big deal, but they did not have the attention to detail that David has on his own) after they left and the mid morning sunshine hit the cars I noticed a lot of wax that was left along bottom edge of the car and doors. I asked David if he would mind coming back later in the week to complete the job. He agreed to come back later in the week. Tried following up with him number of times and he simply ignored my calls.
It’s truly a shame. He’s a good guy, but didn’t follow up on the simple customer service piece of the job.

3D Mobile Detailing is AWESOME! I have had him do my car every few weeks for years now, I have been using him for almost 8 years now and I can’t believe that no one has reviewed him here in Unilocal.
David, the owner, comes to you with his van and is totally self-​contained (his own water, generator, power washer and all mounted in his truck). He can come do your car at your house or he can come catch it for you at work in your parking lot. He came to our work today and did my car and two of my co-​workers. You can just give your car a simple wash & vacuum or you can get the whole treatment with wax and all. All of his prices are very reasonable and your car will look like new! His prices are all on his website.
I know he does all of the Hornets player’s cars and I think a few of the Saints. He really does topnotch work and really hustles out there.
