Now considering the fact the store is opened all year round, you would think you would have access to the halloween costumes, not the case. I went there today to pick up a simple pirate costume, I went over to the costume section and noticed it was locked, thinking maybe they forgot to unlock it I went to look for a sales associate. I found one, I asked him if I could get a costume, at first he was very quick to tell me to go to the Ridgefield store to get a costume, I let him know I needed the costume right away, then he asked another sales associate for the key, they didn’t have it but supposedly someone else had it, then he took me to a aisle on the opposite side of the costumes, we arrived to the aisle, I already knew there was no costumes available, he tells me no costumes over here(duh idiot). Then I told him I will make sure no one will shop at your establishment again. You would think they would want to help their customers but clearly they didn’t, it’s a shame, their loss, I went over to Walmart and got my costume there for cheaper. I don’t even know why I rated them, a one star is too generous!
