Elite Nails

This place is convenient because its close to home. Im the typical French gel girl because i cant wear any loud colors to work. The owner turned me away because she said she had appointments. I didn’t make an appointment. Yet the salon only had 2 clients. She knows im there often because once again its close to home. Not the best way to conduct business. 1 stars for customer service.

The ladies working here are really nice. They do a really great job with gel and eyebrows.
This is seriously the cleanest nail salon in new Milford (not theta any of them are dirty, but this one is immaculate).
I live in Delaware now, but drive up from there to get my nails done here and to see my family, but mostly to get my nails done.

My girlfriend and I are always on the hunt for a good, quick, clean (and cheap if possible) nail joint. Unilocal found me three places in the area, all of which had one 5 star review. Picked this one kind of randomly. Wish I hadn’t.
First, I called and made an appt for the two of us at 5pm on a Friday. We got there a minute early and weren’t greeted at all. Ok no big deal, they’re slammed, that’s a good thing isn’t it? Well not when it means that the appointment you made apparently is the same as NOT making one as you sit there for 15 minutes. (Enter Seinfeld reference with ‘taking’ vs ‘holding’ the reservation).
Annoying, but not the end of the world.
However as I was sitting there I noticed a big potted plant that was broken and dirt and mulch was just pouring out of it all over the floor in the middle of the place. Um, I’m assuming this must have JUST broke, right? Otherwise someone would have cleaned it by now right? This made me start noticing other areas of general grime and filth around. At this point we were just about ready to bail.
The final straw was when some woman came in, spoke abruptly and kind of bitchily to one of the employees who directed her to a pedicure chair. Did we for real just get line jumped?
I stood up, called one of the other potential places around the corner, they said to come right over and we left without them even trying to stop us. I guess business must be good to let new customers just walk out. But my guess is it’s because of the busy strip mall location. Because clearly the customer service and cleanliness blow. Maybe they give a good pedicure but I’ll never know. Bergen county is crawlin with nail salons, the search will go on.

This place is neat and clean. So good at what they do and truly care about the health of nails.

Amazing place to get your gel full set, acrylic, gel color, just manicure, anything. They are very friendly and attentive to what you like. The girls pay a lot of attention to detail. I travel all the way from NY every time!
