Owner and licensed optician Siobhan has worked in the optical field since 2003, is certified at the state and national level, and is active in the optical community in Connecticut.

Siobhan has been featured in many optical magazines and prides herself on keeping the store current with popular and newly released styles, as well as staying up to date on the newest features and lens technology available.

Walking into the store it’s evident how passionate Siobhán is about eyewear. It’s eclectic, inviting, and she’s an absolute sweetheart to chat up. There are so many different kinds of frames each one different from the next and each one was chosen particularly for her shop. The turn around time from ordering a pair and getting them back is faster than what I have seen around and she does an excellent job at keeping in touch to find out how the new glasses are working for you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area.

This place not only has a great selection but probably the best customer service anywhere in the area! The owner (Siobhan) is bubbly and knowledgeable and in the event that something goes wrong with your purchase even months later (which it did with mine) she goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is remedied and that you are an over the moon satisfied customer! Won’t be shopping anywhere else for my eyewear needs!
