Hello!

I’m Jessica Frale, Owner/​Operator of Spoiled Rotten Pooches, LLC. I was very fortunate to have literally been raised in the pet world. At a very young age, my parents began breeding AKC Shih-​Tzu puppies. My summers were spent attending many dog shows where I learned about all different breeds. I had a great time helping to deliver pups and training my new furry friends for their forever homes. Fast forward some 25 years and I still enjoy being called on to play midwife to mama dogs that need my assistance.

After college, I spent time in the business world. My «roots» and passion for animals led me to the decision to do something that was more personally inspiring. The time came when I felt the need to pursue my dreams of working and caring for animals on a full-​time basis. I was confident my skill set in pet care could be used to make a true difference in the care and well– being of all pets. And so, Spoiled Rotten Pooches was born.
