my family has been going there for years and recently i feel like they are taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge and loyalty. i felt like i was dismissed and they always put notes on your bill, well they told me one thing when right there in black and white says something intirlely different. after my two last experiences i will never go back!

Overcharges for parts so they can keep there labor rates low. Went to them twice and I feel like an idiot for going there for service a second time. Gamboas in mokena is a much better shop. Never again.

If you want to be treated fairly these are the people to go and see, friendly, helpful and trustworthy, you go in and right away there taking care of you, they tell you how much your tires are going to cost, they go out and remove them and replace them while you wait. very professional people.
