Spent our 1 year wedding anniversary at Shaker Meadows B & B and it was fantastic! We stayed in the Spruce suite which I adored! It was very comfortable and cozy. Jean(innkeeper) is extremely sweet. We brought our dog along and she encouraged us to let him loose & run. Breakfast was really yummy, the coffee was delish & the homemade gluten free bread was out of this world! Jean gave us discounted tickets to Jiminey Peak & referred us to great restaurants nearby. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our anniversary, we will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Shaker Meadows B&B with our dog this past weekend. Jean(owner) couldn’t have made us feel more at home, and our suite was clean and extremely cozy. The breakfast was amazing, and I have to agree with the other reviewer that the homemade scones were unbelievable. They have an expansive property, which is great for enjoying nature, and Jean pointed us to a nearby nature preserve at which we were able to hike through the snowy woods with our Husky puppy. We had a great time, and will definitely be back the next time we need a few days of relaxation.

I really love this place! Kudos to Jean and Sean for making this cute B&B feel so welcoming and homey! +1 star Great service! Jean was so nice and flexible over the phone. My parents and I made a last minute booking for the weekend Tanglewood performance, and she was able to accommodate us for 2 rooms right next to each other in the farm house. +1 Cute amenities. The converted farm house really felt like home — and had historic fixtures on the ground floor — fireplace, reading nook, antique but fully functional kitchen +1 Delicious breakfast — homemade scones were amazing! I asked for the recipe :) +1 location location price Only 15 minutes drive from Tanglewood, but much much cheaper than those $ 300/night B&Bs in Lenox/Lee +1extras There’s a private lake 5 min drive down the street, and they provide towels and chairs for you to go there relax and swim. –1 only downside is that the farm house is a bit creaky with poor noise insulation — but that’s expected, for it being 100 years old.
