At first I did not care for their service but they persevered.

After charging me $ 80.66 they sent my nano back not working.
Took it to the Apple Store and they said it was the worst repair they ever saw.
Aside from not working the after market screen that digiexpress poorly glued on top
of the case (but the original screen was flush) was very easy to break.
Save yourself the grief and avoid this place.

Buyer beware… took twice as long to repair… then they told me that the nano was not repairable… then I had to go to management to get a refund… and I am still out the 25.00 $ and shipping at my end… Then they wanted to charge me to ship the unrepairable nano back. I told them that they could keep it and to refund the shipping So don’t get your hopes up AT ALL!!!

this company is very miss leading, the advertise $ 25.00 repair & service.
i sent the my ipod touch with a cracked screen, they sent me a bill for a screen for $ 79.00 & head phone jack for $ 19.99.
there was nothing wrong with the phone jack when i sent it in, this is a complete up sale.
i am sure they are good at what they do, but their site is miss leading. call first make sure they give you complete prices upfront before whip your product all the way to new jersey, you might find your local repai center is the same price or cheaper
