History

Established in 1980.

The Beginning

Riya founded by our Chairman /​President Mr. George M John, Alias «GMJ Thampy», in early 1980 with a very humble beginning in Mumbai, India. Primarily serving the needs of an ever growing Indian labor force looking for greener pastures in to the, then perceived «Eldorado» Middle-​East.

His relentless strife to exceed beyond his own expectations & the drive to be amongst the top players in the Travel Industry was unrivaled and ever present in his aura to over achieve

Today Riya, is placed amongst multibillion dollar organizations & is the largest airline consolidator & travel facilitator, with a market share of approximately 20% of the national travel market.

Our global presence is dominant across all nations that we are represented in, serving communities and organizations, of a multi ethnic and culturally diverse society

Mr. Benson is very dynamic leader in Riya group operations, he has more than 2 decades of experience in Travel industry.
