Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Steven Cohen are amazing physicians! Wendy Frost is just from another world! They are a 5-​star team!
They are so friendly, professional and all hands on! They front office is ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They make you feel very comfortable that waiting doesn’t even feel like waiting!
Dr. Shapiro is just a wealth of knowledge! He obviously has been there and done that, but he truly knew even before the labs or the sonos about what was going on in my body!
Dr. Steven Cohen tried to hang out a little longer to be the one who delivered my baby, but he was there all night at LIJ and handed the baton to the covering OB/​GYN, who was also just as amazing! Dr. Cohen is also very knowledgeable and professional all throughout the way of my 3^rd pregnancy! I always came in with anxiety and walked out floating on clouds!
I love this place! Too bad we are moving to NJ, but I may still come back to them to deliver my 4^th child!

I had an IUD put in by Wendy Frost and it was the best GYN experience I’ve ever had! Prior to going here, other gynecologist appointment I had took forever to get an appointment and be seen. Once I was in there, I always had awkward conversations and the practitioner was always in a rush to meet with you, do the exam and leave. However, this was the not the case at women’s health and wellness. It was very easy to get an appointment and the wait time when I got there was less than 10 minutes. The office was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly. Wendy Frost specifically sat with me after the procedure, rubbed my head and comforted me until I felt better. If your looking for a more personal experience when visiting the gynecologist, this is the place to go! At women’s health and wellness, they treat you like a human being and not like a specimen. I highly recommend this place! You will not regret it!
