Nice service, nice people, at least better than the Boston market across the street. The place looked clean. Would recommend people go there. They are healthy too!

Stopped in for a quick one mid-day on a saturday. It was not quick. Just had a couple and a family of 4(all ordering the same item) on line in front of me. It took 20 minutes to get to me. Server did not understand a word of english except for the ingredients. I had to explain what was on a BLT. bread was stale and I know subway likes to claim to be fresh but this was the opposite… oh well… should have went to the deli down the road

Fair sandwiches. Very courteous staff and accommodating customer service. Cold cuts don’t taste very meaty.

After a nice workout at LA Fitness I decided to stop here for a protein-rich tuna salad sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, mild banana peppers, mayo and salt. The only problem is they forgot the tuna. =/$ 7 + tax and tip for a veggie sandwich. =(

Sandwiches are a bit thin. Tuna fish is old and watery from sitting too long

Sandwiches — or if you speak to many of the people in the area, sangwiches… Subway — the sandwich chain made famous by ex-fatty Jared. Back in the day you got a 6 inch sandwich, with not a whole lot of meat on it, it was cheap and tasty and possibly you could lose weight(I haven’t tried that approach yet). These days, you can go to Subway, get a foot-long for $ 5 and I dare you to lose an ounce… Subway, like McDonald’s has upsized their offerings, so what used to be a good lunch is now a carb and sodium fiesta — all for $ 5. Good in a pinch, the Subway shops make each sandwich to order and you can generally get back out the door in 10 minutes or less. This location has the worst parking scheme on the planet — either you snag one of three spots on Hillside or, unbeknownst to you, there is a small parking lot around the corner. There is a lot of work to do in order to park and get your lunch — you might avoid this location unless you are walking or drive a shit-box and don’t care about where you park. Prices are well known — and the sandwiches are good. Parking in rear– if you know where to look.
