I give them 2 stars because the monthly rate is normal and the facility is clean. The downsides are that unlike EVERY other chain they give you no move in incentives (I.e. free month or free moving truck)
Besides that the manager Sunny is very rigid and chaff. His attitude is as though your money is going directly to his pockets. He has been abrasives on several occasions hence why I have moved my things out.
