Monica in billing department is very rude.
Went there about 2 yrs ago. She messed up my insurance information and now is threatening me with collection agency.

I love dr Marinese but the nurses and receptionist people are GOD AWFUL. It’s impossible to make an appointment and they screw up prescriptions too!!! Such a headache. AND they don’t even fill prescriptions on time. Just frustrated and am looking to find a different doctor now simply because the other staff are just not worth dealing with. For the sake of your sanity. Stay away.

Stay away from this practice! The office staff is extremely rude and incompetent. My daughter had an appointment in Sept. 2013. She is covered under my insurance plan. The office did not file for her insurance until April 2015.
Of course the claim was denied since the office has 120 days to file, and this was 17 months later.
The office is harassing my daughter to pay $ 310, threatening to send her to a collection agency. It’s impossible to get through to them on the phone. When the billing woman Monica, or the office manager finally answers, they are arrogant and don’t know what they’re talking about.
My insurance company sent them a letter to cease sending bills. Monica said she didn’t care and would continue with the bills until it’s paid.
Sounds like someone messed up in this office 2 years ago and didn’t file insurance claims. Now they are illegally and desperately demanding money that they are not entitled to.

I loved the doctors! Dr. Marinese is great But the staff was the worst! they always billed my Insurance incorrectly I constantly had to call them and correct them every time. I also didn’t like how they made me feel while I was pregnant I would never go there again mostly because of the staff!
